Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 June 2026

1. The service

WaypointConnect provides an automated client onboarding tool that connects Stripe billing events to GoHighLevel sub-account provisioning. It is operated as an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel Inc. or Stripe Inc.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind yourself or the business you represent. You may not share your account or use WaypointConnect on behalf of someone else without their consent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use WaypointConnect only for legitimate business onboarding automation. You must not:

  • Use the service to process payments or create accounts on behalf of clients without their authorisation.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in a way that harms other users or our systems.
  • Violate the terms of service of Stripe, GoHighLevel, or any other third-party platform you connect.

4. Subscriptions and billing

WaypointConnect is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. You will be billed at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but please reach out if you have a genuine issue and we’ll do what’s fair.

5. Your data and our responsibilities

We store only what is necessary to operate the service (see our Privacy Policy). You own your data and your clients’ data. We act as a processor on your behalf when handling Stripe webhook payloads and creating GoHighLevel sub-accounts. We will not access your data for any purpose beyond operating the service.

6. Third-party platforms

WaypointConnect connects to Stripe and GoHighLevel on your behalf using credentials you provide. We are not responsible for downtime, API changes, or policy changes on those platforms. If GoHighLevel or Stripe changes an API in a way that affects the service, we will work to update WaypointConnect as quickly as reasonably possible.

7. Uptime and reliability

We aim to keep WaypointConnect running reliably, but we do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage. Our self-healing retry queue is designed to recover from transient failures, but we are not liable for provisioning failures caused by third-party API outages or events outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaypointConnect’s liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
